3: Vohein will ship container orders in 02 to 03 weeks. The ocean transit-time is approximately 02 weeks to most USA ports. Therefore, the total lead-time for container orders is 04 to 05 weeks.

4: Vohein’s kitchen and bath sinks are made of top quality 304 type stainless steel, with 18% chrome and 10% nickel content, making our sinks exceptionally resistant to corrosion and stains. A scratch or mark on the surface of the sink will not affect its corrosion resistance qualities due to a protective oxide film that is self-healing. In such cases, a protective layer forms immediately, preventing bacteria from forming or corrosion from taking place.

5: Stainless steel withstands extremely high/hot or cold temperatures as well as rapid temperature changes. Therefore, you can spill hot boiling water into your stainless steel sink, followed by ice-cold water, without causing any damage to its surface.

6: Never use steel brushes, steel wool, scouring pads etc. These products will release particles that may cause the stainless steel’s surface to lose its finishing and even oxidize. Also, rubber mats should never be left inside your sink because they will hold water leading to iron deposits which may affects the surface finishing.
